The rooms were great-sized and newly renovated, had smoke detectors for safety. The staff was friendly attentive, the bathroom was large. The location was fantastic, relatively close to additional galleries.  

Great location, right at Ottawa Convention Centre. Marvellous and satisfactory breakfast, gorgeous fairmont double room.

I booked a fairmont queen room with a lounge and soundproof windows. Incredible very central location just next door to all attractions and staff and the Byward market, Shaw Center, Paliment Hill, Sparks Street Mall and Parliament Buildings.  

It's generous sized hotel with a lovely design and a good swimming pool. Stunning, great location in Downtown Ottawa district really close to the public areas and across the street from the Rideau Centre 

Suitable accommodation for vacation.

The venue was in a very central location near the Terrace restaurant as well as Parliament Hill and most other attractions.

Spent 1 night here with my family, had a really nice stay overall. The location of the property was incredible as I were close to Wilfred's restaurant, the Rideau Canal and the mall. Spent a nice evening at Courtyard Restaurant, located right next 

Well-equipped and very nicely furnished units and friendly efficient staff with the chief manager.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Actually, the room was newly decorated, it also had a shower, hairdryers and robes.

Great looking hotel located near to across the street from the Rideau Centre, important sites and the main sights. Skilled staff, recently renovated and extremely pleasant rooms with a view. Great assortment 

I greatly enjoyed this property - great and pretty hotel.

Everything was well-maintained, lovely staff, excellent views of downtown. It was in a very central location, to valet station. A terrace restaurant for breakfast was an advantage.

Very good breakfast, variety of meals. Great and stunning location in the area so close to remeberance day, next door to a night club.

Not so friendly staff!

The setting is stunning and great, close enough to Ottawa's best attractions and the centre right by a market and restaurant and many tourist sites. The rooms are sumptuous and magnificent and generally offer 

The employees of the hotel were friendly attentive. Had newly renovated, extremely pleasant room that was kept clean. The breakfast had a wide range of options: refreshments and bacon.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in a very elegant building with an outdoor restaurant. We would recomand it to everyone, enjoyed this property.
